You have a choice about how to work with ESM for Pacesetters 2026.
Gifts Ordered via ESM
If you place your gifting orders through them, ESM will provide you an all-in price for your gifts that includes:
• Delivery to the ESM Las Vegas warehouse
• Free storage prior to Pacesetters
• Gifts transported to the Wynn ahead of the Showcase
• Surplus gifts delivered to anywhere in the US
On-site support throughout Pacesetters week
The ESM team will once again be on-site for the whole of Pacesetters week and will personally ensure your gifts are exactly where they need to be.
Gifts Ordered via a 3rd party
If you place your gifting orders through an alternative vendor you are responsible for delivering your goods to the ESM Las Vegas warehouse.
Your gifts can only arrive at ESM between Friday, April 17 and Wednesday, June 17. ESM is not responsible for any packages at customs and will not pay any tariffs or customs fees on behalf of partners.
ESM will charge a flat fee of $1,000 for deliveries under 500lb into the ESM warehouse. $2,000 for deliveries over this weight.
This is payable in advance of goods arriving at the warehouse and will provide you the following services:
• Storage in the weeks prior to Pacesetters
• Gifts transported to the Wynn ahead of the Showcase
